Meet Coach Pennie

A coach who actually understands bodies.

I’m Pennie, a strength and flexibility coach based in Sheffield and I help people build bodies that feel stronger, bendier, and far more resilient. I’ve been coaching since 2015, coming into this work through my own journey with hypermobility, injury and figuring out how to train safely without feeling out of place in the gym. As a proudly queer and neurodivergent coach, creating an inclusive, supportive space is at the heart of everything I do. If you want expert guidance without the intimidation, and a coach who genuinely understands real bodies and real life, you’re in the right place.

I’m not here to force you into a one-size-fits-all programme or shout motivation at you from across the room. I coach real people with real bodies, real schedules and real limitations and I help you get stronger, more flexible and more confident in a way that actually works for your life. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or coming in with years of aches, quirks or fears, you’ll be met with support, clear guidance and no judgement. My goal is simple: to help you build a body that feels capable, resilient and truly yours.

Nutrition Audits

Practical nutrition advice tailored to you.

If you need help getting your nutrition on track whether it’s for a race, a competition or simply to feel healthier day to day a nutrition audit gives us the space to figure it out together. We’ll start with a short pre-consultation form so I can understand your goals, your routine and what your current diet looks like. Then we’ll jump on a 60–90 minute call to talk through what’s working, what isn’t and any barriers you’re facing. From there, I’ll put together a clear, personalised plan that feels realistic for your life, not restrictive or confusing. Audits cost £150, with optional follow-up calls available if you want continued support.
