121 Coaching
My 121 coaching gives you fully personalised, face-to-face training in a supportive and inclusive environment. We’ll work together at CrossFit Kelham, where I’ll guide you through strength, flexibility and joint-friendly movements designed specifically for your body. You’ll also get a custom programme to follow between sessions, complete with demo videos and clear instructions to help you progress safely and confidently. Whether you want to get stronger, move better or build long-term resilience, this is the most hands-on way to train with me.
