These sessions can be delivered in workplaces, gyms or community settings and are designed to be accessible, engaging and genuinely useful - no fitness jargon or one-size-fits-all advice. When you enquire, you’ll tell me what you’d like the workshop to cover, how many people will be attending, how long the session should be and where it’ll take place. From there, I’ll be in touch to shape the session and book everything in.
