Troubleshooting sessions are perfect if you’re struggling with a specific movement or nagging issue, whether it’s a janky knee, an unreliable squat, a stubborn deadlift or something that’s just not moving how it should. We’ll spend dedicated time assessing what’s going on, identifying what your body needs and putting together a clear, actionable plan. With my background in hypermobility and joint-friendly training, these sessions help you move safely, lift better and train with far more confidence. Great for lifters, beginners, runners, circus folk - anyone who wants their body to function smoothly.
