Availability to Start
  • Experience is helpful, but it isn’t essential for every role. We value attitude, care and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.

  • We regularly hear from people interested in front of house, kitchen and bar roles. Even if there isn’t an advertised position, we’re always open to starting a conversation.

  • Yes. We understand that flexibility matters and are open to discussing different working patterns where possible.

  • A brief introduction, any relevant experience, and the type of role you’re interested in. A CV is helpful but not essential at this stage.

  • Hours vary depending on the role and service, but rotas are planned in advance wherever possible to give clarity and consistency.

  • Yes. We believe in developing people properly, whether that’s learning the menu, improving service confidence or building skills over time.

  • We aim to create an environment where people can build confidence, take responsibility and progress as the business grows.

  • Supportive, straightforward and team-led. Everyone is expected to contribute, and everyone is backed by the people around them.
